SDS Party Rentals โ Terms & Conditions
Booking & Payment Terms
- A refundable deposit of $50 is required to confirm all bookings. This is additional to the total rental amount and will be refunded upon inspection of items.
- Full payment must be made prior to or at the time of item pickup or delivery. We accept e-transfer, cash, or credit card payments via Stripe.
Pickup & Delivery
- Items can be picked up from our location in Milton.
- Delivery is available upon request for an additional fee, which will be provided in a quote and will be separate from this booking page.
- A valid piece of ID could be required for pickups depending on order value.
Rental Period & Returns
- Items are rented for the agreed-upon rental period. Late returns may incur additional charges.
- All rented items must be returned in their original condition.
- Damaged or missing items will result in additional fees deducted from the refundable deposit.
- Tables should not have any scratches, dents, marks or damages to the legs upon return. Any damage will be deducted from the deposit and additional charges could be applied.
Responsibility & Liability
- The renter is responsible for the safe use of all items during the rental period.
- SDS Party Rentals is not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses resulting from the use of rental items.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations must be made at least 5 calendar days prior to the scheduled rental date for a full refund of the deposit.
- Late cancellations may result in the forfeiture of the deposit and late cancellation charges.
Miscellaneous
- Items may only be used for their intended purpose. Misuse of items may result in damage charges.
- All rentals are subject to availability.
